5 Step Consultative Client Management Process

PLANNED APPROACH
 
ASK MARCUM

The Marcum Financial Services’ Consultative Client Management (CCM) Process is based on a series of five meetings with our client. (See Exhibit 10.5 for an overview of the process.) Because it is a true consultative process, it will yield substantial dividends:

  • The client will be perfectly positioned to leverage Marcum Financial Services’ core competency in their relationship with their financial advisor.
  • The client will build a high-quality relationship where they are very satisfied with their Marcum Financial Services advisor.
  • The client and advisor together will uncover their true financial issues with a high degree of accuracy, which in turn will enable the client and advisor to determine the appropriate actions for addressing those issues.

Each meeting in the consultative process is designed to address needs, provide first-class service and build a long-lasting relationship with our clients while fostering trust, meeting goals and objectives and delighting our client. Our CCM Process provides us the ability to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience, while easily differentiating Marcum Financial Services from our competition.
